Office of the Vice Chancellor

The Office of the Vice Chancellor provides overall leadership and is responsible for policy direction, administration, and academic governance of RCHE. The VC works with academic and administrative units to ensure high standards of teaching, research and student services.

Dr. Example has over 25 years of leadership experience in higher education and public health. He oversees academic planning, institutional partnerships and strategic initiatives.

Committees & Councils

RCHE functions through several statutory and standing committees that ensure academic quality, governance and transparency.

• Academic Council — Reviews and approves academic programmes, curriculum and assessment frameworks.
• Executive Committee — Provides oversight for administrative and financial matters.
• Research & Ethics Committee — Reviews research proposals and ensures compliance with ethical norms.
• Grievance Redressal Committee — Handles student and staff complaints and appeals.
• Admission Committee — Manages selection, eligibility and admission processes.

The Academic Council is the principal academic body responsible for maintaining standards of instruction, research and examination. Typical members include:
